The Odyssey Program is made possible by a team of passionate and experienced volunteers.

Dr. Eli Goldratt created the program in the early 1990’s as a platform to apply TOC to personal life. This unique program provided a valuable platform for him to pursue his lifelong goal to “teach the world how to think.” He created a vision for participants to realize more fulfilling and meaningful lives by applying the powerful cause-effect logic of his TOC Thinking Processes.

On request of Dr. Goldratt, the program was re-introduced and significantly upgraded in 2005 under the leadership of Dr. Alan Barnard, one of the world’s leading TOC Thinkers and practitioners. The assistance of a group of dedicated and passionate Odyssey Alumni has allowed the program to flourish in alternating international locations, as well as private and corporate programs.
